General
a) In these terms and conditions, the "Company" or ‘We’ will mean Sei Hoi Advance Trading Limited (and its related companies, including subsidiaries and associated companies) and the "Customer" or ‘You’ will mean any person, firm, company or body which places an order with the Company.
b) Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this website. By using this website or any part of it, you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them.
c) These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Customer and the Company agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
d) The Company may revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any dispute arises, the Company’s determination shall be final. Where these terms and conditions are available in more than one language, the English version is the governing version and shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the different versions.
e) It is illegal to sell alcohol to people under the age of 18. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that he/she is 18 years old or above. The Customer shall ensure that no person other than himself/herself shall use his/her registered account to purchase alcohol products.
f) A person aged 18 or above (identification may be required) must be present to take a delivery, or the delivery shall be withdrawn and attempted at another time agreed.

Delivery
a) We offer free delivery service for any order at or over HKD$1,200 (net amount) to a single Hong Kong residential or business address (with the exceptions listed in 3.b.). For any order below HKD$1,200 (net amount), a delivery fee of HKD$150 shall be applied.
b) We do not deliver to an address at remote islands, airport, Tung Chung, if the address is only accessible via stairs, or if there is no authorised or legitimate unloading area within 50 meters of the address.
c) Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
d) The delivery service is available from Monday to Friday between 10:00am to 6:00pm (excluding Public Holiday).
e) The delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above, or a black rain warning is hoisted. In such event the Customer will be contacted to re-schedule the delivery.
f) We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to receive the delivery at the nominated delivery time. It is the responsibility of the Customer to notify us of any change to their delivery arrangement.

Refund
a) It is the Customer’s responsibility to check the condition of any goods received, including glassware and accessories, at the time of delivery.
b) Due to hygiene consideration, the Company does not unconditionally offer return, exchange or refund service for all products; the only exception is the return and refund of damaged products, where the Company may request relevant evidence for investigation and the return of the damaged and unused products.
c) A refund will be credited into Customer's credit card account within 4 weeks upon confirmation.
d) In the event that you would like to claim a refund, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Responsibility, Ownership and Risks
a) All wines and other products a Customer orders with the Company remain the property of the Company or its associates until payment is received in full.
b) All ownership and risks of the products shall pass to the Customer upon delivery and full payment.
c) The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in its performance caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labour difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Company.
